As an architectural intern, you will work assist with various stages of architectural projects, from design development to construction documents. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as drafting, 3D modeling, preparing presentations, attending meetings, and conducting research. You will also have opportunities to learn about the architecture profession, gain valuable experience, and develop your skills.

Responsibilities  Assist with drafting architectural plans and elevations  Create 3D models of buildings and spaces  Prepare presentations, renderings, and diagrams to communicate design ideas  Conduct research on building codes, materials, and construction techniques  Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders  Assist with writing and editing project specifications and construction documents  Review shop drawings and submittals from contractors  Assist with site visits and inspections  Revising plans  Research suppliers and costs  Complete other duties and tasks as assigned

Requisitos mínimos

Qualifications  Currently enrolled in an accredited architecture program or recent graduate (within the past year) of an architecture program  Strong proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and BIM software  Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  Ability to work on several projects at the same time  Good English communication skills, both verbal and written  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  Ability to work independently and as part of a team  Willingness to learn and take on new challenges  Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus
