We are currently seeking talented Design Architects to join our Sydney Studio, predominately working on the design and development of numerous exciting projects. Key Responsibilities Include - Contribute to the design and successful delivery of a complex, large scale project - Have responsibility for specific roles within a project - Work within an agreed scope and deliver to deadline - Demonstrate design and technical aptitude, with developing design and technical confidence - Contribute to the generation and exploration of design and construction ideas, being aware of the balance of conceptual, aesthetic, constructional and cost influences - Contribute to the design work on ‘big picture’ context, objectives, composition, materials and colour, detail quality and build quality - Develop design work in close cooperation with other members of our team - Assist with liaison with the client, stakeholders and authorities, in collaboration with the Directors - Be attentive of client feedback, issues or potential problems and report any issues raised - Help assist and coach junior team members

Requisitos mínimos

To Be Successful You Will Have - Min 5yrs full time post-grad experience - Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent - English Proficient (Spoken & Written) - Exceptional design skills with experience working on mid to large scale projects - Reliable & Hardworking - Ability to work in a flexible environment - Imaginative and creative thinking skills and ability - Exceptional design & detail skills - Ability to analyse and critically assess problems - Care and attention to detail - Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaborate as part of a project team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Experience with ArchiCAD / BIM environment is preferred - Skilled in Adobe Suite / Office Suite / Sketch-up / V-Ray
