Responsibilities · Set project timeline · Monitor project deliverables · Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress · Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them Qualifications · Architect with rehabilitation experience · Residential design experience · Minimum 3 years of real estate experience in Portugal · Real Estate valuation and investment experience a plus · Financial modelling a bonus · Strong business acumen in project planning and management · Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills · Fluent English and Portuguese Interpersonal · Positive attitude · Ability to learn on the job · Solid interpersonal skills

Requisitos mínimos

3 years of real estate experience in Portugal
